
Our Story
Cradoc’s bakes nothing but crackers and savoury snacks and we’ve perfected the fine art of cracker batch baking. Our bakeries are powered by passionate specialist bakers trained in these two disciplines – Crunch and Savoury Toothsomeness. Hand-baking with culinary alchemy, blending, squishing, sprinkling and dusting our unique recipes to create a surprising range of low-processed, crisp and light crackers.

A WORD ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS
Cradocs prioritises thoughtful, responsible ingredient choices earning amber and green ratings on food traffic lights. Our crackers are made from Wheat, Oat, Regenerative or Gluten-Free flours in two bakeries in Brecon.
We bake with these allergens Wheat, Milk, Celery Seed, Sulphites, and Soya.
We use British organic and locally sourced ingredients when available, obviously exotic ingredients from further afield. Welsh cold-pressed rapeseed oils (never palm oil) and minimal added sugar, when culturally appropriate. Regenerative flour makes a natural ferment for our Sourdough Delisticks and reduced salt features in most recipes. The exception – Sea Salted Cracker, which celebrates hand-harvested Halen Mon. Yes, it’s salty!
From British Beetroot to Szechaun Peppercorns, Ripe Pears and Earl Grey Tea to Onion Chutney, Cradoc’s focus is a range of crackers packed with authentic natural flavour, all for the love of cheese!

Cradoc’s Savoury Biscuits has two bakeries, nestled in the foothills of Bannau Brychieniog (Brecon Beacons) Our suppliers and services are local, all of our packaging is sourced in the Valleys just over the mountain. Every box celebrates our beautiful environment and the skill and dedication of a truly engaged staff here at Cradocs. They are magic!
We are privileged to be part of a unique Welsh Food and Drink culture. Great food from Wales. “Blas Cymru!” That means “Taste Wales!”. It’s what Cradoc’s is all about.
