Made in our Gluten-free Bakery to Coeliac standard. This cracker offers really exciting flavours in a cracker created to mimic wheat-based products, it is hard to believe it is gluten-free but we test all of our gluten-free products regularly. Munch this spicy number with Soft Joyce, it’s a sweet, earthy and complex cheese and works well.
INGREDIENTS: Gluten Free Flour (Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Rice Flour, Buckwheat Flakes, Vegetable Fibres, Vegetable Flour) Water, Rapeseed Oil, Butter (MILK), Turmeric, Cumin Seed (0.5%), White Pepper, Salt, Ginger (0.4%), Nigella Seed 0.4%, Chilli Flakes (SULPHITES) (0.4%).
